PAYMENT:
All products/services are to be paid in full before goods are sent out or picked up. Axis accepts Direct Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Cash or Bank Cheque under prior arrangement. No personal cheques accepted.

We assume no liability for any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices or model applications. We reserve the right to change specifications, product descriptions, product quality, pricing and application at any time without prior written or oral notice.

SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped via Startrack, TNT, Australia Post, NQX or FASTWAY. Unless otherwise specified by the Customer. We reserve the right to source the most cost efficient courier available.
Unless otherwise specified, standard express services will be used. The Customer has the right to request faster deliveries as his/her extra cost. Axis Motorsports does not offer COD (see payment terms).
All goods shipped to/from Axis remain the property of the customer, and as such is the customers responsibility to protect his/her property via any insurance chosed by the customer.
Shipping costs from Axis Motorsports are always paid for by the Customer.

Buyers assumes all risk for any and all damage caused to themselves, a third party and/or property by virtue of failure of these products.
