New Zealand Privateer Justin McDonald has been rewarded for his hard work during the first 3 rounds with a ride on the 07 Axis Motorsports Honda Race Team.

After finishing the last round in Newcastle on a high, winning the last moto comfortably over Matt Moss, he can now look forward to having a bike prepped and ready to go when he flies in for the next round. “Thanks to 07 axis Motorsports Honda, I can now just focus on the next 6 rounds instead of not knowing if I was going to be able to race or not. The first 3 rounds were a bit hard on me. I had to virtually build and entire bike with my own engine, suspension and wheels on a borrowed bike, race – then strip it back down and hand it back to Cody Mackie (it was his practice bike) and then fly home with my parts. I now have the opportunity to get the results I am capable of. I’m really looking forward to working with the team. I’ve heard nothing but great things of the team and how hard they work and I plan to make it happen for both me and the team”.
